New Elite Linemen Training – Football; Game Ready Facility (Coquitlam 2700 Barnet Hwy. Unit #106 entrance off of Aberdeen St.)
For players ages 11-17 yrs
The camp will cover physical, technical & mental aspects of line play, it is a no pads camp as the focus will be on skill development. Offensive and defensive linemen will learn together, proper warm up and mobility exercises along with proper stances and steps for run and pass (pre-snap reads). Emphasis will be placed on the skills & knowledge of line play, technique, body positioning and developing “the attitude”. Proper Blocking and Proper Tackling will be emphasized. All participants will engage in drills aimed at improving skill and knowledge. In addition, specific conditioning for linemen including explosive weight lifting will be covered. Get the extra work you need to excel on the LINE OF SCRIMMAGE.
