Fall Grind
Athletes Only!
10–17 yrs
During this time of limited competitions and games, athletes will need to keep the GRIND going and build their strength and speed for the future return to sport competitions. Athletes will engage in activities and workouts that improve running form and change of direction while building strength, ultimately getting faster & stronger.
Coaches include Casey Chin, Dante Vigini & Dino Geremia

8 Sessions
Tuesdays, 6:00 – 7:30 pm, speed & agility
Thursdays, 6:00 – 7:30 pm, explosiveness & multi-sport movements
