All-encompassing athletic performance program for all sports. The program is led by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), with the goal of maximizing your movement skills, speed, power, strength, and conditioning. Programs are designed and based on current research in the field of athletic performance, with the goal of creating more durable and explosive athletes.
Athletes will be placed in a group with similar age and experience
Speed, Change of Direction, Agility Specific
– Pricing varies depending on number of participants: $20-65 / session
Designed for athletes who are looking to focus on improving the most sought-after quality in sport → Speed!
Sessions performed either inside our 13,000 square foot facility or remotely at a turf field or track
1 on 1 Personal Training – $65 / session
2 on 1 Personal Training – $100 / session
These sessions are individualized to your specific needs and goals. The entire session is coached in a hands-on manner by the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Small-Group Semi-Private (Up to 4) – $30 / session per athlete
A semi-private session where you will complete your own individualized program in an open and fun environment alongside a few others. The coach will run the group through their warmup and movement preparation, and coach/assist each individual throughout their session
Adult Group Sessions – $15 / session
Improve general fitness, strength, and movement with fun group classes for adults from all athletic and fitness backgrounds
Kinesiology Services – $65 / 45min session
Whether you are rehabilitating from an injury, have injury prevention goals, or are looking to improve your general movement quality, book a session with a Registered Kinesiologist. Check your insurance plan to see if you have kinesiology coverage!
