Keno Abote played in the CJFL for four years, representing both the Westshore Rebels and the Langley Rams. He began playing sports at the age of 13 and, throughout high school, competed in volleyball, rugby, track, and football. By the age of 16, Keno started coaching and is now an ISSA-certified personal trainer, currently completing his bachelor’s degree in psychology. With his extensive background in athletics and fitness, he excels in helping others improve their physical strength, conditioning, and agility.
