You cannot fit baseball players into molds. Every individual is different and they cannot be taught to swing or throw the same. The key is to perfect the individual. You must be able to understand and dissect every moving part and then provide the knowledge and teaching with complete understanding for the student to maximize the overall athletic movement in a swing or throw. Mechanical teaching can only take you so far. Power generation, direction, hip/glute/core speed and explosiveness, weight transfer, in cooperation with efficient and sound movements can take you to a whole new level.”
