Elite Fall Academy
GR Athlete Academy 14-17 yrs
& GR Academy Prep 10-13 yrs
Elite Fall Academy is a program for serious and committed athletes. Each session will include speed, agility & power with sport-specific movements and competitions – a maximum of 8 participants per group.
Burnaby Central Track
- Tuesday 6:30-8:00 pm – Speed & Agility
- Thursday 6:30-8:00 pm – Explosiveness and multi-sport movements
- September 13 – October 6, 2022

*Anyone displaying flu-like symptoms (including stuffy nose, shortness of breath, fever, coughing) is asked not to attend and will be sent home for the safety of our coaches and other participants.
