Speed & Agility for Athletes – Game Ready at Fitness 2000
Fall/Winter Training for Athletes:
In-season, off-season or pre-season this is great for all those serious young athletes.
Speed kills! Every athlete needs to develop proper form and running principals to run fast and change direction. A combination of training will be used including indoor and outdoor workouts and explosive weight training. Competitive and challenging workouts recommended for athletes.
9-12yrs
- Sundays 1:00-2:00pm
- November 5 – December 17
- 7 sessions $175
13-17yrs
- Sundays 1:00-2:30pm
- November 5 – December 17
- 7 sessions $250
