I started playing hockey at age 13, and began training at GameReady at age 15. I have always had a passion for strength training and GameReady has helped grow this passion even further. Since starting at GameReady I have gone on to: achieve a degree in Human Kinetics (kinesiology) from Trinity Western University, NCCP certification, Trained recreational and professional athletes and more importantly mentoring athletes and disadvantaged youth. I now coach the evening strength and conditioning programs at the Cloverdale facility and offer sport-specific training.
