Joshua Phillips V played as a Defensive Back at Simon Fraser University from 2017-2022.

After completing his college and academic career at SFU, he got an invitation to the CFL regional combine. After the combine, JP went on to play in the GFL (German Football League) and helped take the Neu-Ulm Spartans to a 10-2 record.

In Germany, JP also coached the local youth teams and helped set up other football events with schools and institutions in the community. “This is where I really developed as a coach and found a passion for coaching.”
