I grew up in Calgary, Alberta, where I played basketball and football and ran track and field during high school. I continued my education at the University of Calgary, earning my undergraduate degree. During my tenure, I spent my final year working with the University of Calgary Kinesiology Department as part of their Rehabilitation & Fitness Program. Which has allowed me to work with CIS and professional athletes. Working with Gameready, I am focused on helping athletes improve their strength, speed, agility and conditioning at all levels.
