Winter Training starts January 23!
The impact of ongoing training for an athlete will show regular strength and speed gains while preventing injury and maximizing time on the field, court, and ice! Coaches include Casey Chin, Anthony Belmonte & Dino Geremia.
A program for serious and committed athletes. Each session will include speed, agility & power with sport-specific movements and competitions. Proper lifting techniques and exercises for sport explosiveness will be coached & emphasized – a maximum of 8 participants per group.
