Small Group Athlete Training!
GAME READY program ATHLETES ONLY!
We are excited to invite you to be a part of this special group of committed athletes.
We are inviting you based on your performance in our previous camps and programs and we are “stepping it up” putting like-minded committed athletes together with our expert coaching and adding our unique look into your future as an athlete. We will be coaching all the areas of athlete development including the explosive resistance, speed, agility and over all muscular endurance.

Elite Fall Program Special
GR Athlete Academy 14-17 yrs
& GR Academy Prep 9-13 yrs
A program for serious and committed athletes. Each session will include speed, agility & power with sport specific movements and competitions. Maximum of 8 participants per group.
Burnaby Central Track
- Tuesday 6-7:30 pm – Speed & Agility
- Thursday 6-7:30 pm – Explosiveness and multi-sport movements, resistant exercises
- September 10-October 10
- (10 workouts $299 + GST)
