Speed & Agility Camp for Athletes – Game Ready at Fitness 2000
This camp 3 days – 6 hours will provide an intense routine of training. Speed kills! Every athlete needs to develop proper form and running principles to run fast and change direction. A combination of training will be used including indoor and outdoor workouts and explosive weight training. Competitive and challenging workouts recommended for athletes.
