Train Like a Pro – Strength

This class is designed to be an introduction to weight training, joint loading and injury prevention.

Athletes gain knowledge and insight into strength development to prevent injury and prepare for sport-specific movements. Coaches will focus on the physical and mental preparedness for competition and ensure that athletes are on track to reach their personal goals.

Train Like a Pro – Power 

This is an elite weight training program, designed for athletes with an understanding of weight training fundamentals.

Participants focus on explosive power and acceleration for speed as athletic movements are refined. Proper progression through a workout is emphasized to maximize strength development, flexibility and range of motion.
